    Andrew A. (Andy) Giancamilli has been a leader in the retail industry for almost four decades.

    A pharmacist by training, Mr. Giancamilli began his career at Perry Drug Stores, where he rose to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. He was recruited from Perry Drugs to Kmart Corporation, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Consumables; President and General Merchandise Manager; and President and Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw the company's $40 billion in sales and 300,000 employees. He then moved to Canada to accept a position with Canadian Tire Corporation before serving as President and Chief Executive of Katz Group Ltd., a Canadian company that operates more than 1,800 pharmacies and associated health care businesses.

    Mr. Giancamilli holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Wayne State University and attended the Executive Management Program at Cornell University.
